Strategic position, we loved staying here.
The room was functional and brand-new in general, with comfortable beds and a good bathroom. A train station was located walking distance to the venue.

Generally, the place was stylish and had cooperative stuff at the reception desk. The room with courtyard views was good-sized and had a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and satellite television. The location was very central, INCREDIBLE near the station. I tried some drinks at wine bar Symposium, located 10 minutes walk away.

We had a very large room with two fairly large armchairs. The furniture is a little unusual, but there was enough space in the closet etc. The bathroom was well equipped. . Breakfast was delicious. It is not a huge buffet, but it is very diverse. There were scrambled eggs, eggs could be cooked as you wanted. In addition to excellent baked goods and a good selection of cheeses and sausages, there were also delicacies such as breakfast muffins or Bircher muesli. . It was also very nice that it was possible to get a cup of coffee after getting up. Overall the staff was very friendly. We also found the location to be good: very close to the train station, yet quiet and within walking distance of the city center.
There is a free card for public transport in St. Gallen. We only received this upon request. We would have found it better if we had been asked about it when we checked in. We happened to read it somewhere and asked for it the next day, which wasn't a problem either.

Very central location, a few minutes walk from the station. The staff was very friendly and the room was well equipped. As a welcome present a bottle of mineral water free of charge, nice handwritten welcome card. Decent breakfast with sufficient choice. Favourable for this location in Switzerland.
The single room is a bit outdated, looked worn out and could use a complete renovation, although it was quite comfortable. The mattress was very soft, which did not bother me, others might see it differently. The room was clean enough but not spick and span - there were quite dusty corners to be seen and the drink glass was so stained that I wondered if it was even washed. There is no air conditioning (a fan would be available) and with the window open, loud voices from the neighbourhood could be heard until late at night. But all in all, I am satisfied with the price-performance ratio and would come again.

Peace and quiet (Sound isolation is good. Staff made no noise in the morning.); Cleanliness of my room; Scent in my room.
Everything was good except absence of bed slippers maybe.

Our family was excited to stay at a hotel located in a residential area right in the center of town. We imagined lovely cafes nearby and an easy walk to the Old Town area. we were disappointed with the less than desirable room. the bathroom was subpar and the service was less than satisfactory. the breakfast was adequate, but nothing special. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy any view from our room as it was nothing to write home about.

Big excellent value hotel with a magnificent location just next door to train station and old town, all restaurants and the centre. Great-sized room with good bed, a mini bar fridge, tea/coffee making equipment, and a seating area. Good service from the extremely friendly, affable staff members.

Location is comfy and strategic.
It is set in a safe area, walking distance to main street and a cathedral. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet! The breakfast is generous and the views of courtyard are particularly nice.

I had a great stay at this hotel in St. Gallen. the location is fantastic - just near the train station and a short walk to the old town. It was so convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with a separate bedroom and a good bathroom. I had a great night's sleep in the comfortable beds.
All was perfect during my stay.
